The delivery service for each area is shown below for each area:

How can I track my delivery
You will be e-mailed or text with the tracking number once the surfboard has been picked up. You can track your board via the Tollgroup website- www.tollgroup.com
What time will my delivery arrive
Your delivery will arrive between 8am and 5pm. You can find out your Courier’s timetable by visiting the Tollgroup website and viewing the Courier Timetables.
What happens if I miss the Courier
You will be left a card in your letterbox with the contact number of your Courier so you can contact them and arrange specific delivery arrangements.
What happens if my delivery goes missing or is damaged
In case of any problems with your delivery, VJS will be in direct contact with the Courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible with as little inconvenience to you. We will make every effort to contact you and keep you informed of the progress of our investigation and where appropriate, deliver a replacement. If you have already received your order and find that it is damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and goods and e-mail them to info@vernjacksonsurfboards.com and contact us on 0408429936 to organise the replacement of your surfboard.
